Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $199.
Orders under $199 do not qualify for free shipping. We keep our product pricing as competitive as possible, and shipping costs must be covered on smaller orders. For the best value, we recommend purchasing in bulk.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- We do not process orders on major holidays or government-observed holidays.
- Standard processing time is 24–72 business hours, regardless of the shipping method selected.
- Business days are Monday–Friday.
In rare cases, if a product does not meet our strict quality inspection standards, it may be discarded. If this impacts your order fulfillment timeline, a representative will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

Shipping Carriers
Domestic orders are shipped via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
- UPS
Transit times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday). Pick-up day is considered Day 0.
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not leave our warehouse until the next business day.
Delivery Times & Carrier Delays
While we strive to provide the most expedient service possible, we cannot guarantee transit or delivery times once an order has shipped.
Shipping carriers may experience delays. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and, in some cases, may not update until the package reaches a sorting facility or local post office.
If your tracking information has not updated:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
- After contacting the carrier, you may contact our support team if further assistance is needed.
USPS Shipments
- USPS orders are processed Monday–Saturday.
- APO/DPO/FPO/Military addresses may take up to 14 business days in transit.
- Tracking updates may be delayed due to USPS volume.
Any delays or errors caused by USPS are outside of our control and must be resolved directly with USPS.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Alpha Pro Peptides™ once they have been transferred to the carrier.
Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve lost or delayed shipments.
Any shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
- Shipping delays
- Returned packages
- Additional shipping fees
Alpha Pro Peptides™ is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect address submissions.
Delivery to Freight Forwarders
If a customer chooses to ship to a freight forwarder or mail forwarding service:
- Our responsibility ends once the package is delivered safely to the forwarding address provided.
- We are not responsible for damages, missing items, customs issues, repackaging errors, or loss occurring after delivery to the forwarding service.
Order Discrepancies
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will assist in resolving the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to high order volume and our expedited processing system:
- Orders cannot be altered, changed, or canceled once they are processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued only for items returned to our warehouse.
- Any return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where sales tax collection is required by law.
